Individual songs are sold to be downloaded in mp3 format
You will be taken to the 2com site to complete the purchase by credit card, or by Paypal (if you have a Paypal account). You may pay in all major currencies. Once the transaction is completed you will be directed to the download page where you may download your purchased songs.
You may not upload these song files to other web sites! A condition of purchase entitles the purchaser to copy the song file(s) to a mobile mp3 player (for example, an iPod) *.
Those of you who have indicated that they want to download all the songs of a particular CD will be entitled to a physical CD, which will be posted to them on receipt of an address. Please click sales@graemedouglas.co.uk and mail me your name, the date of download of your files, and an address for sending the CD. Many thanks!
* Acceptance: By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept these "Terms and Conditions". You may copy each mp3 song file to your portable mp3 player or mobile phone.
Change of Information: I have the right to change the information and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Information provided by you: It is your responsibility that all details provided to me for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
Privacy: When you make a purchase, your information stays with me. I do not provide your information to any third party for any purpose other than to carry out the transaction online (credit card companies etc). If you, for any reason, would like to delete your records of purchase with me, just let me know via email and I will delete these.
Your rights: These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.
Pricing: The total price that is provided in the web shop includes VAT (if you are a private person buying from within the EU). It does NOT include the price of shipping the product to you, in the case of physical CD orders, or any fees incurred by customs, postage handling etc (for example in your country) by any other entity than me
VAT is NOT included if you are buying as a representative for a company that resides in a EU country and that has a valid VAT No, or if you live in ANY other country outside of the EU union
Customs: I do not know if any extra costs will be incurred to you if a CD is shipped to your country. Each country has it's own policies and laws for handling this, and we cannot keep track of these rules. If you want more information about this, I cannot help you. Please contact your local authorities. Please note that any costs relating to customs or handling of any kind incurred to you in your country is your responsibility to pay, and they are not included in the total price.
My right to cancel the order: We reserve the right to cancel the order/purchase at any time. This might happen if we have insufficient stock to deliver, the items were listed at an incorrect price for whatever reason, the payment was refused, not authorized, or declined by your credit card provider. If we cancel the order you will be notified by email to the address you registered with us.
Confirmation of Purchase: When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your purchase order. Please print this email and keep it for your records. That you have received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
Liability: I shall not be liable for any consequential loss including without limitation any loss caused by interruption of your business, loss of electronic information or physical damage to property and whether directly or indirectly caused by any breach of contract or by negligence by us or by any servant or agent of ours.
Governing Jurisdiction: This agreement is subject to UK and EU law. All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
